What you can use today, what's coming soon, and what PMU doesn't do yet.

You can log what you take and rate things like focus, brain fog, energy and sleep quality each day, so you have a record to look back on.
Limitations: There is no mood preset; you can add mood as your own goal. Sleep is rated 1–5, not in hours.
You can track your sleep, stress and daily factors like caffeine, alcohol or exercise, and see them on a chart.
Limitations: Medications and health conditions are noted once in your profile, not day by day.
You can set goals like focus or sleep, and see what to watch for with each supplement and roughly when.
Limitations: A target applies to your whole stack, not to one supplement.
PMU records where you're starting from and when you started each supplement, then checks back in when each one has had its usual time to work, and every 90 days, so you can compare. It's your own record, not proof.
Limitations: When a supplement has had its usual time to work comes from research; you can’t change it.
You can set reminders, tick off or skip each dose, and note why you skipped.
You can pause a supplement or your whole stack, note why, and see your scores before, during and after on a chart.
Setting your own reminder to rate a goal, like focus every evening.
Once a supplement has had a fair chance (long enough, taken regularly), PMU tells you how your own ratings changed: whether it looks like it's working for you, or isn't doing much. It shows how sure it can be, and when other things changed at the same time. It's your own record, not a lab result.
Limitations: Insights don't yet mention the daily factors or breaks you log; you see those on your charts.
You can record that something made no noticeable difference, and record when you switch to a different form or product, so each one gets its own fair test.
You can see every supplement you've stopped and how it went, and compare your scores on two forms of the same supplement once both have had a fair chance.
You can log the effects you noticed and any side effects in one place. It stays private unless you choose to share it with other PMU users.
PMU lets you record benefits and side effects together, but doesn't yet help you weigh them up.
Each supplement page shows our evidence ratings and a typical time frame people report before noticing anything. That's general context, not a promise it'll work for you.
Limitations: The time frame is per supplement, not per goal.
You can compare the dose you take with what studies found, with the source. PMU never tells you what dose to take.
Limitations: Only a few supplements have reviewed study findings so far.
What doses studies used for goals like memory or sleep, with the source. Never a dose for you.
PMU doesn't currently compare how a supplement does in different situations, like with or without training.
You can compare up to three supplements on evidence and safety, and see the other forms each one comes in. After the assessment, PMU suggests supplements to look into.
Limitations: You can't yet compare them against your own goal or criteria.
PMU's stack checker looks at the supplements you take together and shows any known interactions, with a severity and whether our team has reviewed it. It tells you if any pair couldn't be checked. It doesn't check prescription medicines yet, and a result with nothing found isn't medical clearance, so please check with your pharmacist. No account needed.
PMU doesn't check supplements against prescription medicines. Please ask your pharmacist.
Keeping a structured list of your medications in your profile.
PMU links to products on iHerb and Amazon as ordinary links. We don't use affiliate links and don't earn a commission when you buy.
Product pages show what's on the label, quality signals like third-party testing, and known warnings. It's information to take to your doctor or pharmacist, not a sign-off that a product is right for you.
Limitations: Interactions and who shouldn't take it are on the supplement pages, not yet on product pages.
PMU doesn't yet compare brands against your own criteria, like price per serving, form or third-party testing.
PMU is a tool for keeping your own record. It isn't medical advice, and nothing here is a promise that a supplement will work for you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting or changing a supplement. Questions? See the FAQ or contact us.
